Aslamoalikum all,
I have cash of around 250 K and looking to invest in UAE market,
I have two options a) either to go with Tamweel loan etc, get in property in range of 700 or so K, so basically on 500 K over a ten year loan I may end up paying 800 K or so
option b) get an in house profit free loan, e.g. skycourts i think were offering and now i see axis in silicon oasis offering 35% on possession and 65% in 3 years.
option b seems more attractive to me as it has almost no interst and get over quickly,
Can you share your ideas and more property listing in Dubai which offer in house developer short term finance for ready properties?
