Brazil building insurance

Ive brought property in NE Brazil but cant find anyone to insure it.All the usual companies in UK dont touch Brazil anymore.They also cant or wont tell me why.Anyone know where i can get building insurance for NE Brazil.Would be most gratefull

You can get building insurance here in Brazil, but it is quite rare and comparatively expensive. The bank Caixa Economica Federal is one place, or speak to an insurance broker here (you really need to be in Brazil to do this effectively).
