Thank you for these photos Alaa. If it wasn't for your hard efforts at Classica we would have been mostly in the dark about how the resort is progressing. I am very grateful for your efforts. I know sanddune has talked about mentioning which Q or strip but I understand that this may take a lot of effort to do and personally am happy with these photo updates as opposed to no updates at all.

Johnwayne I believe all units will have walls similar to those you see in the photos.

Looking at Alaa's photos and the beautiful ceiling in the first picture, I think a mezzanine above the kitchen would have worked really well. Such a shame it wasn't on offer to the type 3 and 4's.

Hi Alaa, Thankyou so much for the photographs. It is so nice to see the progress and the development taking shape and colour. You are so kind to do this, and they are always appreciated. Thankyou,

Just love the red cuboards. Have you any idea how much they cost
Thanks
Maggie
Hello Maggie,
I costed in total 7000 egyptian pounds for us 2 years ago. But it appears the biggest price and the best quality we can see in Hurghada. Just yesterday were looking for other options here, visiting several companies, show rooms and talking with designers but decided to back to that company again for our future Makadi flat.

Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to take the photos and then to post them. It really is so kind of you. Could I just ask if the photo's are of a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment and what size it is.
Thanks
Maggie

Hi IVA

I love your kitchen. It looks really nice. I think I would like something like that but in white. Could you tell me which company you used? It may be a good together for all those interested in this to come together and make one order through the company. We may be able to get it cheaper if we order 5 or 6 kitchens together.

See how easy it is to get organised when deals are to be made.

Why then not take it further and become an association of home-owners so that the management of your properties and complex are up to your staisfaction. Let's face it, the annual fees are high enough to be demanding value for your money there as well.

Alan.

Hello IVA, Matilda, Rumbaba and Maggie,

I have purchased a top floor T3 in Q4 S6 101 so my unit is not due to be completed until November 2012. However I would be very interested in joining to collectively purchase a kitchen for my apartment in Makadi, I have also purchased an apartment at Tiba Palace in Hurghada this is due to complete in June 2012 and I would therefore be interested in seeing what the company can do for me there too.

The photographs that have been posted by everyone on this forum is very much appreciated it helps enormously to see the growth of the Makadi project and seems to give a real sense of community spririt which bodes well for the future.

Talking of the future, I also think the suggestion by Alan is a sound one regarding an association of home owners having read on many other forums about the way that management, or should I say mismanagement of other developments in Egypt has gone it would be great to have one up and running from the start. It would assist in that costs could be cut in purchases of aircon units, water heaters, fans, furnishings etc. the list could go on and on but collectively we would have a lot of bargaining strength.

Regards

Ron

I'd like to have the same: kitchen, aircon, water heaters, furniture and SAT TV ;)
