There has been some speculation in the press regarding potential property hotspots for 2014 with five Middle East property markets suggested. They are Jeddah (Saudi Arabia),Doha (Qatar),Muscat (Oman),Erbil (Iraq) and Beirut (Lebanon).

There is a suggestion that these five property market hotspots of the future could overshadow the ongoing rise in Dubai property prices. Do you agree with these sentiments?
