UK buyers of China Property

I think that the China property market, especially around the Pearl River Delta (as well as other locations, I'm sure),is well-positioned for some good growth over the next five to ten years. I travel to China regularly to source good properties, but I need a competent property manager who can manage tenancies of properties for overseas (UK) owners.

I know of a few good agencies in Macau and Hong Kong, and some seem to be offering services on the mainland as well. Is there any reputable firm that could work with overseas investors effectively. There is no need for them to be able to speak English - I have Chinese speakers who can act for me - but I do need a professional approach to property management, and, ideally, an ability to source new purchases.

But there are other people saying the prices are too high in China than even common people cannot afford to have it anymore. Is that so true?
