newbie from the uk

Hi all

I'm Lee (friends call me pow) from the south east uk

Stumbled across this forum while doing some googling/research.

I currently have 1 flat which I've rented out for a year now and is going well.

The future plans are to try and get into develpment and try to invest any profits into my BTL's. keeping my eye out for a bargain to get started on.

Will probably have a few questions leading up to my first development purchase. so any help would be greatly received!
