Landlords, is using a service that provides upfront rent something you would consider?

Hello! I was curious as to whether landlords ever think about potentially having the option to get upfront funding. Instead of tenants paying month to month, if a solution giving them the option to get 12 months' worth of rent in one sitting, would be beneficial?
