I bought an apartment but at the time did not buy a parking space to go along with it, the apartment is paid for and completed. After the developer had a special offer on all parking spaces so for the last year have been paying for a space in installments. This is now done so I assumed I should now recieive some kind of paperwork from the developer so on a legal basis and when I eventually sell it I have the paperwork to confirm I own a parking space and it comes with the apartment.
I have started to write a mail to Damac asking for confirmation but I just cannot think of what I should be asking for !!! Am I asking for the deeds for the parking space?? Is that what its called?
