The vast majority of investors believe that Dubai property prices will continue to move ahead in 2014. While I do not think they are over valued to the same extent as they were when they crashed just a few years ago, it does worry me when ALL experts seem to be suggesting it is easy money time again for those looking to buy Dubai property.

History shows us that perhaps the best sell signals occur soon after everyone moves to a buy stance for any investment - whether this is shares, property, etc.
