Residential property prices in the UK have edged upward in both January and February, according to the latest figures from two leading house price indices. If you think a 0.2% rise in average prices (a meaningless figure, as it is so small it could be due to statistical error) signifies the end of 'the uncertain economic outlook' then you are either incredibly naive are the world's greatest optimist !.
