A quick mention to all Owners of Fort Noks property in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, the Fort Noks Property Association was set up in October 2009, it represents the interests of all Fort Noks Property Owners on all developements in the Sunny Beach region.
The association also offers free rental advertising for its members and their property on the Black Sea.
As a property owner myself, I think its a great idea and immediately joined, simply because I believe that Fort Noks Developements, although a good company, fails to acknowledge the Owners when enforcing rules, regulations and payment terms, also I am worried about the long term maintenance of my own complex when seeing the condition of others in the region.
