I find it very hard to imagine how any African country can become a hot spot for property investment until the problems in the region are resolved. With the corruption with is rife in most African countries causing mass exodus by people from countries like Nigeria, Eritrea, North African countries which are fueling the illegal immirgan crisis in the UK I fail to see why anyone would actually want to spend money in any African countries at this current time.
