Hi,
I just wondered what people's preference would be when buying on the Red Sea coast whether is was build complete or off plan?
I appreciated the risks with off plan, like delays e.t.c. but I personally think it's the best option as you have less to do during the build period but still getting the capital growth. Perfect for more "arm chair" type investors...
Anyway keen to hear people opinions
