Yes, I analysed Las Vegas recently and they have had strong growth over the last year across all property types. I think this is a clear indication that we have seen the bottom of the market.

As Kiyosaki mentions, real estate largely follows jobs. I suggest you look at the macro economic factors of any area and try and determine if the employment will grow in the future.
