I am looking a 2 BHK flat in Delhi NCR. My investment budget is 24 Lac. Flat should have 2 bathrooms + one study room + park facing. There should parking facilities for car and Bike both. It should be near from main road. Necessary facilities should be there; like Hospital, Children park, Play...
I have experience of many places. I have lived in Bhubneshwar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi, Bhagalpur, Cuttak, Vishakhapatnam and now Delhi. As compare according facilities Vishakhapatnam is the cheapest city.
depending upon situation
Hi Miler,
This is depend upon you. Both have different benefit. It is also matter upon your family size. If you have single family then i suggest you to buy a flat and if you have large family then build you own home.
But in both case, so many things depending.
