    Prices in Hua Hin are still reasonable compared with Phuket, which as extremely high prices for Thailand. Hua Hin is probably the best place to invest your money in Thailand at the moment as the market is still moving due to domestic sales.

    Consider factors Before moving to Thailand.

    Thailand has different laws on land ownership for people holding different nationalities. I am pretty sure Americans can own a small piece of land where as English people cannot. Its always best to check everything with a lawyer before bringing money into/ buying in Thailand.
