I was there about 1 month ago and I was checking out my unit in Aljawzaa so I was actually at the site. I could not see any other activity at IC3 and only 1 other building in the distance.

I recently visited IC3 and the only buildings I could see going up was Aljawzaa and another building...all the others appeared empty plots (no construction).

Absolutely not....not a single penny over to Minc and I have not yet come across any investor who has agreed to their demands.

Minc are asking for thousands of pounds, not hundreds. This is on top of the increase few months ago due to revised size changes. If Minc are having difficulties in the world economic crisis, what about the isolated investor - they are in the same boat. :mad:

As already mentioned, the investor is not cancelling the contract, so why should he or she only get 70%. We are being forced into this situation, we would rather have our apartment built at the original price.
