RERA creates 2009 price index for properties

you can't generalize like that "they've been useless"!! if you want to start generalizing, then there is a lot to be said about each and every nationality. So, with that in mind, some have been useless, just like a British collegue of mine and my friend's American boss! True, a lot of...

RERA creates 2009 price index for properties

Ouch. I feel for them though. Imagine how many complaints they must be getting these days!! All I can say is you should keep pressuring them, calling them, etc. Maybe someone will notice you eventually!! Good luck

    Advise please!!!!!!!

Who did you sign with? What does the contract say happens in case of payment default? Who is the bank? If you have documented proof that they will no longer send you the required funds, then take it up with RERA immediately. My advice to you: they are getting a lot of call from a lot of angry...

    Cityscape dubai 2008

    Asmaran, Bawadi

Jebel Ali has always been a question mark. some people swear by it, while others prefer to watch what happens. Honestly, if you have the cash, i say go for it, and hold onto it for a (long) while! As for Asmaran, I am sorely tempted to find out what is happening, as it has been kind to me so...

    Hold Your Properties!

There is no such thing as a correct price in this country lol i have a theory that Dubai will be one day become a city populated by the very rich and the poor. the middle class will be marginalized, just enough to keep things running. This will become a city where the world's richest can go to...

    What has been happening?

Hello, So I just made it back to Dubai last night, and I am really glad to be back in the fun and heat. And what do you know? Seems to be a sandstrom on the rise! Anyway, I know summer in Dubai is kind of a dead season, but what has been happening? What is hot on the market these days...

    Hold Your Properties!

Summer in Dubai has always been dead season. And yes, things will pick up a bit by end of this month. Things will definitely jump up in September (Ramadan does not play a big role on the secondary market, and most developers launch very little during that month). Big jump in October? You guys...

Asmaran - an Emaar Bawadi Project

honestly, i think it just because of the "Death of Dubai Summer!" lol ive lived here my whole life, and summer in Dubai has always been a dead zone. true, this is less and less valid, though i think it still applies. from what i understand, they only invited a few people yesterday. i wonder if...

Asmaran - an Emaar Bawadi Project

Nice quote Roshan, "as they say"? or as Bob Marley says? but honestly, i dont know why everyone is being pissy about this. personally, having bought in the first Maysan launch, i am actually kind of happy about this: for the next several months, apartments will be leaking into the market...

Asmaran - an Emaar Bawadi Project

When it comes to investing, there are 2 theories: - buy and sell asap - buy and hold, sell when u think the market is at its best. personally, i think a combo of the 2 is ideal: buy and sell to make urself a small capital, but hold onto those you think will have the greatest return in the long...
