should a young couple coming to a new rental, get a refund for their first month rent, because they ahvent been able to enjoy peace of settling into the apartment they organised from months befre becqause it has a severe coachroach infestation
i'm unsure why it wasnt treated befre they were due to move in or as soon as they arrived.
its now 3 weeks later
they have had to move around
couch surf
be in temporary housing
this has impacted them enormusly
shock distress
eggs in their clothing that need all to be washed
they couldnt settle immediately before starting demanding new jobs
their ability to start their new jobs
to study
and to sit exams
moving state and starting new jobs is hard enough exhausting enough without coming to a cochroach infested apartment and moving around until the prperty manager has it treated.
