I'm considering applying for a bridging loan to purchase another house.
I'm just trying to gauge what other people do and who with... also whether a bridging loan is the best option for me.

• Did you change your decisions along the way?
• Did you research lenders?
• Did you apply online or phone, email?
• Did you encounter any problems or frustrations in the process? Did you have to make more decisions along the way?
• Were there any problems with or getting the loan?
