Tennis legend Ivan Lendl has put his 450 acre Connecticut estate up for sale for a staggering $19.75 million. Situated at 400 Five ½ Mile Road, Goshen, Connecticut, it is difficult to know where to start with this property!

As we touched on above the total acreage of the estate is a staggering 450, there is 25,000 ft.² of living space, 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. However, this is just the start of the journey!
While the property has been on sale for some time now the price has been increased from an initial $19 million back in 2014 up to $19.75 million when it was relisted last year.
