Would you feel safer buying Scottish property if Scotland was in the EU?

Interesting question as the SNP continues to fight for independence.

The big problem here is cross border trade with the rest of the UK if Scotland as a member of the EU in its own right? Would there need to be a border between Scotland the rest of the UK?

The tide seems to be turning against Scottish independence and more towards a strengthening of the Union. However, the confusion over Brexit and a potential no-deal has given the SNP an open door to push for Scottish independence.

The UK government is again stressing it will not allow a second independence referendum which is in many ways playing into the hands of the SNP. Is there an easy solution to this other than independence?

There is now talk that if the UK gov wont give the go-ahead for another referrendum that the SNP will simply use the next general election as a mandate for independence if they win a majority. This would obviously be illegal and we can only imagine how much damage this would do to Scotland's worldwide reputation.

If people think untying the UK from the EU is complicated, wait until the SNPs try to untangle a 400 year Union :)
