Would you buy a property after only viewing on the Internet?

It really depends. Nowadays with the internet, you may be able to find information on the development and its surrounding. Especially if you are buying off plan developments.

I don't think you can beat a physical viewing but if you are not able to make it in person then videos, virtual reality and even drones are good alternatives.

No I would definitely have to visit as well to check everything is in order before I decide on whether or not to buy.

Personally I think it would be madness to buy a property without viewing it (where possible). If you are buying a property out of yoru area or overseas this poses even greater problems.

On the other google earth sattelite imagery could show up issues that you would never notice on a viewing. How often do you check the top of the roof? Relying on the internet is not quite the same as relying on pictures provided by vendor.
