Will International city will benefit from newly announced ''Mohammad Bin Rashid city''

Do you people think that somehow this new city will benefit International city, dubai ?

Just done a quick bit of research, I reckon its going to be about 20km from International City. Its obviously going to be alot quicker to drive 20km in the direction of Mohammed Bin Rshid Gardens than 20km in the direction of Bur Dubai. If you are living in International it would be a good place chill out at the weekend. How long is it going to take to build though thats the question

Master community plan

However, we will need to see far more of the detail of these new mega projects before it is possible to accurately assess their impact on the local real estate market or Emaar shares for that matter. The master planning for this community does not appear done, let alone a date set for the first property sale.

Only when we can get some idea of the timescale, cost and how it integrates into the rest of the future ‘Vision of Dubai’ will it be possible to reach an initial assessment of its impact.

Another thing to take into account is, its obviously going to take billions of dollars to build. Its well know they defaulted on previous loans. Would you help fund this project???? I think not.
