Why is there so little suitable rental property available for disable tenants?

I think where politics is involved it is sometimes those who shout loudest who get looked after - so that politicians can curry favour with voters. I have no doubt that now this is headline news the government will be forced to act. Perhaps the biggest scandal is the fact that the rules and regulations already in place to help the disabled are being ignored by many councils.

It seems that developers in the UK rule the roost - effectively it is the tail wagging the dog. If there are rules in place to prevent this type of situation, why are they not being enforced?

We have to raise the voice. Even no one can get good social freedom without efforts. We can help them.

Surely there must be disabled housing targets and legal requirements? This might be an interesting specialist area?
