Why Estate agents need POA?

I am looking to find some estate agents in Dubai cus i want to rent out my property, and all of them are telling me that I need to make Power of Attorney and get Commonwealth office and UAE embassy stamp (very long winded) and send them POA, alternative is to go Dubai court and make one (that isnt possible)

Does anyone else know of this, how can you possibly rent out any property and means u can only have one agent!!

Also how easy is it to get tenats for studios in IC and whats going rent?
