Why are Hong Kong property prices still rising?

    I think its the economy of the country that drives the real estate property to rise up. Hong Kong is a great place to shop if you have the money.

    I agree with you LucasDrape22. Everything depends on the economy. When economy rate rises, the cost of living also increases. Thus, it dictates the rise in prices of major commodities and Hong Kong office rental rates. It's not a cycle. It's a growing process in a linear graph. Sellers also perceive the fact that the value of property increases every year.
