Who will be next to leave the European Union after the UK?

I find it hard to believe that the UK will be the only country to leave the European Union in the short to medium term. The EU is struggling to keep a lid on serious infighting between different governments which will inevitably feed the power of the right-wing and a move away from the EU.

Whether Brexit will be positive for the UK or not is irrelevant, the short to medium term uncertainty has impacted UK property prices.

There is a lot of unease in Germany with friction between the German population and the immigrant community. In some places the police are struggling to maintain control which does not bode well for the future. Especially when you consider many believe Germany has the strongest property market within the European Union.

As the majortity of EU member countries seem to take out of the pot (as opposed to being net contributors) its unlikely many will leave :)
