Which country should I buy in?

The Dubai property market is on fire. With the recent delayed expo 2020, developers have had more time to complete their projects and investors are lining up for an opportunity like never before!
A perfect example of this trend can be seen in 23 freehold zones near the Expo 2020 site where prices still remain reasonable despite high demand due to proximity with the location. Homes cost roughly between $1 million-5M USD while apartments start at around 300k Dhs (with some luxury pads reaching well over half a billion).

I have just sold a property in New Zealand and am looking for a new home for my money.

I am pessimistic about property prices in US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

I wonder how much further Eastern Europe will rise or whether it is peaking.

My gut feeling is that Asia is the best place for risk/reward at present.

Which country do you think I should invest in and why?
