Where will the future property hotspots emerge?

While Europe and the USA continued to struggle we have seen the emergence of property hotspots in London, Dubai and many other areas of the world. Where do you believe we will see the next major property hotspot and why?

Hi Kristine

It is funny that you should mention Australia because I used to write for an Australian forum and property was a subject which we covered in great detail. Over the last few years the so called experts have been trying to talk down the Australian market but it has held up very well.

It will be interesting to see how the Australian property market performs in the short to medium term.
