There is an increasing number of investors from China coming to Cyprus.

Real estate? Hmm I think they not that of good choice for real estate markets then. Although they kinda interest people for vacation spots.

Chinese are now coming to Cyprus in large numbers as they can get their residency if they buy a property for at least €300K which means that they can travel freely around Europe.
We have many Chinese clients now.

Chinese real estate investors are now very visible in areas such as London, Australia, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus not to mention an array of Latin American real estate markets. The Chinese property market has been overheating for some time now despite attempts by the government to rein in demand.

Do you think that Chinese real estate investors are having a negative impact upon real estate markets such as those in Australia where there are concerns of a property market bubble.

chinese investors are really cash rich and there are a lot of New Rich from there. No surprise they will flood everywhere including southeast asia like singapore, malaysia, australia, myanmar, london, usa and even taiwan.
