When do you expect to see the "green shoots" of life in the UK property market?

Now we're at the end of 2013 we can definitely see the green shoots growing! For example, on a personal level, on the road where I live 3 houses were for sale for a long time (over 18 months). They weren't selling at all. A few months ago the houses sold within 2 weeks of each other...

uk is at the peak due to influx of china investments. i guess the uk govt will try to maintain its current status as much as possible to avoid further slide in the property market.
