The new 5 star + Resort on the Red Sea, just 5km North of Hurghada

Due to be released in November this stunning new project will be built on 41,000m2 beachfront land just 5km North of Hurghada. The Resort will have lush tropical gardens, dive club, spa facilities, an infinity pool and 340 metres of private beachfront.

As well as a 5 star Aparthotel, there will be five front line beach detached villas, 12 beautifully designed townhouses as well as around 360 private apartments ranging from studios to luxury penthouses. Even the hotel suites will be for sale giving everyone the chance to own in this super luxury project.

The entire complex will be managed by an International Swiss hotel chain to ensure a quality experience at every level.

New Boutique Project in Sahl Hasheesh

El Basha is about to be launched in the luxury resort of Sahl Hasheesh.

Consisting of four villa apartment blocks designed in the Baur Haus style and each divided into 10 exclusive apartments and penthouses. Each block will feature 6 two bedroom apartments, 3 one bedroom apartments/studios and one luxury penthouse. The semi basement of each block will consist of a sauna and fitness room opening on to the exotic gardens and pool deck.

The first release of El Basha will face the 13th Green of the mountain golf course in Sahl Hasheesh and will be located just 150 metres from the private beach which serves this community.

Magawish Star

New development being built by an Egyptian/British partnership in Magawish, Hurghada.

1 and 2 bedroom apartments with balconies. The development has its own gardens and swimming pool. All apartments come fully finished including European kitchen and two air-conditioning units.

Only 26 apartments, 20 one beds and 6 two beds. Ideal for holiday homes or rental opportunities.

Egypt's economy is highly robust compared to the rest of the world - all of the main indicators are very positive.

Another factor is that more and more people are coming over to Egypt to relocate permanently. Those people who retired to Spain a decade or so ago are finding that it's hard to get by any more, whereas it's still possible to live like a king in Egypt and will stay that way for a long time.

The expat community here is still relatively small, but the nucleus and all f the facilities are already here and so it can only grow.

It's not just Brits who are buying either - there are a lot of folks from the Middle East who are realizing that Dubai is starting to see an over-supply situation and so are looking elsewhere to invest, and Egypt is very interesting for them.
