What is your favoured property market at the moment and why?

Personally speaking I believe there is growing value in the UK market but there is still a risk over a no deal over Brexit. As a consequence, it is probably sensible to wait until we either see signs of a deal or knee-jerk reaction from concerned sellers willing to accept significantly reduced offers. In some areas of the country I believe we are moving towards this knife edge scenario where long-term confidence in the UK property market is reduced – at least in the eyes of some sellers.
