What is the spanish market like for ex-pats selling to return to the UK?

Hi,

Ive had difficulty getting my first post up so I wanted to ask is it currently difficult for Brits trying to sell property in Spain in order to return to the UK?

What would the best way be to get in touch with Brits over 60 trying to sell Spanish property in order to return to the UK?

Any ideas would be much appreciated

It's very difficult for anyone to sell in Spain, regardless of age, nationality or reason for selling.

You simply have to price it right - which in essence will probably mean far less than you paid for it.

Could you tell me where or how i could get in touch with brits over 60 who are trying to sell a property in spain in order to return to the UK?

I ask as I am interested in exchanging my 2 bedroom retirement property for a spanish property but im not able to describe it on the forum as it is considered as advertising, so I would like to know the best way to get in touch with people who may be interested if im unable to use the forums.....any ideas?
