The day we stop learning is seen by many people as the beginning of the end. So, what is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned in your property investment career?

What one piece of advice would you give to other investors?

Always stay within your financial boundaries. The investment markets are full of investors who paid up for that "dream deal" only to fall short of cash forcing them into asset fire sales to keep them going.

    Hi, Team BG here.
For us we always consider the exit first. So when we are doing our own deals or are mentoring our students, we always ask about the exit. If we know who's buying the development it makes the deal much safer.

Good thinking Belinda, unless you have a final goal for your property investments how will you know when you have reached your target?
