What happens if...

what happens if you have made vast payments towards a development and the developer pulls the development??

the developer is not going bust (nakheel, well i hope not)

it sounds silly but will they refund the monies paid to them? any one in this situation?

help plz

You will get your money back but highly inflated

If the developer cancels you will get your money back..its your right..if they act funny appoint a lawyer immediately...
if its a big time developer i am sure they will repay over time,..
