I would prefer to see the economic statistics for Wales, and hopes for the future, because what happens once the supply/demand ratio rebalances? However, I agree that Wales is often discounted and ignored when it comes to property investment in the UK. Is there value starting to emerge?

Could be that property developers have neglected the Welsh property market leading to a shortage of supply which should see prices increase in the short to medium term? Ironically, an increase in Welsh property prices may tempt some property developers back to the region.

It may be a case of selective investment in the Welsh property market until we can see a definitive change in the trend. Surely there must be some attractive rental yields available today? Like some areas of England, have some parts of Wales been left behind?
