    All I will say is:-

    "If it looks too good to be true then it probably is"

    Unfortunately, there will always be people desperate for cash with the financial pressure sometimes removing their radar for potential scams and “too good to be true” situations. These are the type of people that the scammers live off and before victims realise what they have done, it is often too late.

    Not so many of these companies about now but I do remember a time when they were advertising everywhere. The property equivalent of ambulance chasers. As longterminvestor says if it looks to good to be true it most probably is
