We are looking for property in Dubai

I intend to move to Dubai around July 2009.

If I can find a house in Jumeirah Islands below 20% of original 2005 price I intend to buy.
I am also looking for an office of 200sqm where above conditions are also valid for my buying decision.

In case I can’t find something in line with above, I will rent and see the developments. In this case I will be looking for a furnished residence two bed rooms + maid’s and an office 100-200sqm range that does not require decoration.

I will rather prefer to be in direct contact with the Owner.

I will be in Dubai for various business matters between 9-17/05.

Can you give your opinions regarding what will the best plan for action?
