Wanted info about Shoreline app and Golden Mile app

Hey guys,

I am doing some research about sold properties in the palm Jumeirah. I was hoping some of the experts here can help out.

Do any of you know the going rate for shoreline apartments in PJ?

Do any others know the going rate for Golden Mile apartments in PJ?

If you recently sold any of these, please give me some info as it will be useful for my research.

Hello,

I specialise on Palm Jumeirah Apartments.

I sold last week a golden mile 3 bed (A Type) 3499sqf for 2.7m net to owner. I also sold shoreline apartment sea facing 2 bed in Al Basri for 2.6m and oceana 2 bed apartment for OP.

The prices are dropping each week it seems!

I have plenty other great deals. 2 beds on the left of the shoreline starting from 1.9m and on the right- 2m. Best 3 bed is in Al Tamr for 2.5m and on the right hand side, 3.7m in Nabat.

Sarah,thank you for yourreply. It's good to know that there are some people who are still willing to buy even with the current market conditions.

Moreover,it is not necessary to see the Mou's, I'll take your word for it.

Finally, how are the townhouses doing? you managed to sell any of those?

Hahaha, trust me, when I hear agents/ buyers say they have sold/bought a garden home on the palm for 6m I request to see an mou- no one will ever prove it, needless to say they have never come down that low- its people ruining the market!

I only work on the apartments on the palm so haven't sold a canal cove. We do have a couple for 5.5m (4 beds) They seem a great alternative for those that can't afford the 7.5-8m for a garden home.
