As we forecast in some recent articles, the doom and gloom merchants of the UK media are starting to have an impact upon the UK property sector. Despite the fact we have seen no real change since the Brexit vote a number of investors had been attempting to reduce their exposure to the UK property

This should be a major buying signal for long-term property investors in the UK, these US vultures do not part with their cash very easily!

Totally agree, if this is not wake-up call for UK property investors to take a more long-term view then what is? These vulture funds do not part with their money easily!

Once the vultures start to hover with their eyes on the long-term investment opportunities it is time to revisit said market. Whether we will see significantly discounted property sales from struggling property funds remains to be seen.
