It's great news, but the number one rule regarding real estate still hasn't changed - it's all about location.

Real estate in many parts of the U.S. has stabilized, but there are still areas experiencing challenges. A few areas are recovering very nicely, but there is still a lot of foreclosed inventory that has yet to hit the market.

So, know the areas well you choose to invest in!
