Unable to find accomodation - Abu Dhabi

We have been trying to find reasonably priced accommodation for the last 4 months but couldn't find any proper place to live. We were looking in the city, but now have decided to look at places like Khalifa City and Mohammad Bin Zayed as well.

Can anyone guide us how we should resume our search now? Basically i need a decent size Studio, preferably in a building. I don't want to live in a villa (plus i think its illegal to live in a villa as well). My range is around 25-35 thousand a year. I cannot afford more than that. I have looked in the city but couldn't find anything even close to my range.

I want something which is legal, and proper. Please guide me as to how i should go about this

There are a lot of online site you can check and also contact a real estate agent or broker to help you look for studio room. But I would suggest researching first the internet. These brokers or agents usually have commission and it adds up to your cost.
