"As we approach the next election in 2015, political parties will need every vote available if we are to avoid the complications of yet another coalition government. " I agree, the Help to Buy Scheme has come in at a time when the Government's profile in the eyes of many first time property buyers has been enhanced. This Government is helping people to get on the property ladder but lets hope the house prices rise from a projected .5% to 5% isn't the start of a slippery financial slope for many.
