It's awful being the victim of squatters. But a Landlord I know of has a 3 storey inner city house which he allows squatters to use. They are transforming it from derelict to very liveable and they pay electricity bills! They've replaced flooring and windows. They're all handy and into sustainable living, so for the time being he's onto a winner!
