Research: Make sure you’ve done your fair share of looking at the best properties and comparing every detail. The locality and future market expectations.

Inspect: Go to the site and inspect the area, if it’s under construction, see the layout and check everything.

Read: Read reviews for properties online, check the listings and see if there are more positive or negative reviews about the project or the builders.

Discuss: Involve your friends and family, ask for their advice and opinions too.

Plan: Plan everything out, funding, paperwork and all other legalities involved.

Follow these simple steps and you will be able to get yourself a good deal. Also getting hold of good developers is a necessity today, you cannot risk getting involved with fraudulent ones, who use cheap lower grade construction materials. In Chennai there are reputed developers, but they can be expensive. Look out for trusted brands and family names like(Moderated) and others along those lines.
