Time for Buying

I am viewing flats at present. It occurs to me that sellers will not be keen to sell in the Winter, and, especially, around Christmas time.

I am wondering if around November could be a good time get a a favourable deal (that is, a cheaper deal for the purchaser)?

You might be able to drive the price down a little if someone is looking to complete before Xmas. Do people think we see the same seasonal swings today as we have in years gone by?
