A defaulted investor received the letter from the developer stating that he will make him continue the payment "at any cost and BY ANY MEANS"! Similar experiences anybody-advice?

If companies make threats like that I think you should bring it out in the open. It is business, nothing personal.

The investors and developers were going through the good times, now we have to go through the bad times.
