Just had a letter fron Azur Developments saying they have moved the handover date of The Greens from dec 31 to feb 28 and all payments after jan 1st 2008 will at the 20% vat rate not 14%, I was sure that developments and deposits paid before this date would insure the complete price would be at 14% vat but appears I am incorect

Hi Simon,

I was under the impression from Saffron Villas that we were only paying the 14% as we had bought in September 2006. Will check up after Christmas with them.
We have bought frontline golf at the Greens and with the 2nd and 3rd courses becoming a 27 hole course I'm wondering if we'll still have this?
